Lean signed six strategic agreements during LEAP 25 and the PIF Private Sector Forum to accelerate digital healthcare innovation, strengthen technology integration, and advance preventive care and diagnostic capabilities across Saudi Arabia.

As part of its strategic efforts to enhance digital transformation in the healthcare sector, Lean has signed multiple high-impact agreements during its participation in LEAP 25, the region's largest technology event, and the PIF-Private Sector Forum. These agreements aim to advance digital innovation, enhance operational efficiency, and create technology integration that improves service quality and user experience.
At LEAP 25, Lean signed an agreement with Ascend Solutions to establish integrated Healthcare Command Centers, leveraging the best global practices to enhance operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making. Additionally, Lean partnered with Takamol Holding to develop an advanced digital healthcare ecosystem powered by AI and data analytics, ensuring seamless integration that elevates service quality. In order to strengthen collaboration between the healthcare and technology sectors, Lean signed an MOU with Elm to develop digital products and services that enhance integration across systems. Furthermore, Pfizer signed a framework agreement to bridge digital health with the pharmaceutical sector, fostering innovation in healthcare services.
During the PIF-Private Sector Forum, Lean signed two additional strategic agreements: one with Lifera, which aims to enable digital genomic diagnostics and improve diagnostic precision to accelerate care delivery and enhance outcomes. The second agreement was signed with Badael, which focuses on developing technology preventive health solutions that empower individuals to adopt healthier lifestyles, reinforcing the concept of proactive care.
